Membership Terms

These Membership Terms ("Terms") govern your membership at Limitless Athletic Facility ("Facility," "we," "us"), located at 1013 Horse Creek Rd, Crowley, TX 76036. By signing up, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership Plans

We offer six memberships: Gym Membership ($29/mo), Boxing Club Adult ($179/mo), Gym + Boxing Adult ($199/mo), Boxing Club Youth ($179/mo), Legacy Membership for 2 ($329/mo), and Legacy Membership for 3 ($459/mo). Every membership except Gym Membership includes a one-time $50 sign-up fee. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Boxing Club Youth and Legacy memberships are set up in person at the facility, and youth members (under 18) require a parent or legal guardian as the account holder.

2. Billing & Renewal

Your membership renews automatically every month on the same date you signed up. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You will receive an emailed receipt for every charge. The $50 sign-up fee (if applicable) is a one-time, non-refundable charge taken at checkout.

3. Cancellation

Cancellations are handled by our staff — email [email protected] or stop by the gym to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months. There are no cancellation fees.

4. Facility Access

Gym and Gym+Boxing members receive 24/7 keyfob access. Boxing Club (Adult and Youth) and Legacy members have access during scheduled class hours. Sharing of access credentials is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

Members must: (a) treat other members, staff, and coaches with respect; (b) re-rack weights and wipe down equipment; (c) refrain from harassment, intimidation, or violent behavior; (d) not bring non-members onto the floor without an approved day pass.

6. Liability

Use of the Facility is subject to the separately executed Liability Waiver & Release of Claims signed at signup. Boxing carries additional risks acknowledged in that waiver.

7. Changes to Terms or Pricing

We may update these Terms or adjust pricing with at least 30 days' written notice (email). Continued membership after changes constitutes acceptance. Founding-member rates, where offered, are locked in for the life of the continuous membership.

8. Termination by Facility

We reserve the right to terminate any membership for violation of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or the signed Liability Waiver. No refunds are issued for terminations resulting from member misconduct.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
