• To provide your membership and facility access

• To send welcome emails, receipts, and occasional service updates

We keep your membership record as long as you're an active member, and for up to 7 years after cancellation for tax/legal reasons. Waivers are retained indefinitely as required by our insurance.

Children

Minors (under 18) may join Limitless only with a parent or legal guardian's signed consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
