Billing Policy

Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers.

Monthly Subscription

Your membership is a recurring monthly subscription. You are billed on the same date each month as your original signup. A receipt is emailed after every successful charge.

One-Time Sign-Up Fee

Every membership except Gym Membership includes a one-time $50 sign-up fee charged at checkout in addition to your first month's subscription. The fee is charged once per membership — Legacy memberships pay a single $50 fee regardless of how many members they cover. This fee is non-refundable and covers your onboarding, initial coaching assessment, and Limitless Boxing Club enrollment.

Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails, Stripe will automatically retry. After three failed retries over a 7-day window, your access may be suspended until the account is brought current. Suspended accounts remain active for 14 days — after that, the membership is automatically canceled.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations are handled by our staff — email [email protected] or stop by the gym to cancel. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not issue refunds or pro-rations for partial months.

Managing Your Subscription

• Update payment method — Stripe customer portal (link in your email receipt)
• Change plan — email [email protected]
• Pause membership — available in cases of injury or deployment; contact us directly

Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days. We work quickly to resolve billing issues. Chargebacks without a prior attempt to resolve will result in membership termination.

Taxes

Prices displayed are in USD and, where applicable, include Texas sales tax. Tax treatment may vary for certain services.
